3. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for accurate information on their profiles. Any false information can lead to account suspension or removal.
4. Landlord Responsibilities: Landlords agree to provide accurate listing details and respond to inquiries within the 48-hour timeframe. Failure to do so may result in listings being paused or removed.
5. Privacy and Security: PrivateStayZA takes user privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Platform Use: All communication between tenants and landlords should occur through the PrivateStayZA chat for safety and record-keeping purposes.
7. Modifications: PrivateStayZA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
